Account Questions

Registering a ffa4u account is free and takes less than three minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the website, enter your Malaysian phone number, create a strong password, and enter the OTP code sent to your phone for verification. Once your account is verified, you can log in and start exploring all available games. To make your first deposit and claim the welcome bonus, you will need to complete basic identity verification (KYC) by uploading a valid identification document.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one ffa4u account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. To update your registered phone number, log in to your account and go to Profile Settings. Withdrawal Questions

Withdrawals at ffa4u are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for most payment methods. Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically the fastest. Once approved by the ffa4u system, the time taken also depends on your bank's processing time. Withdrawals made outside banking hours may take slightly longer to be credited to your bank account.

ffa4u does not charge any fees for withdrawals. The full amount you request will be credited to your bank account or e-wallet with no deductions on our end. However, your bank may apply its own receiving fees that are beyond ffa4u's control. Please check with your bank if the amount received differs from what you requested.

Withdrawals can be rejected for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, incomplete or mismatched bank account details that don't match the ffa4u account name, or suspicious activity requiring further review. Please check the notifications in your account or contact support to find out the specific reason and the steps to resolve the issue.
